Wow when I was much younger I had a heavy rope. Found the heaviest one from Crossrope.
Ordered it, got shipped to work and all of the crew tried it and could only do like 3-5 jumps each.(5 lb) was extremely difficult to jump as you have to wait to jump because of the weight.
Now I am up 65 skips in a row. Love it but will probably complete the set with the 1lb and 2 lb versions.
Love the ability to start my workout with one weight and easily switch to different sizes for different reasons!
I really love the Get Lean set of rope-free jump ropes I bought. The handles are incredibly comfortable. Very easy to change the weights and easy to use. I didn’t know if it would be hard to get used to, since this is my first rope-free set, but it has been easy to adjust to and enjoyable to use.
Love these very easy to up in the house which has low ceilings. Also you are not wearing the rope By hitting a floor.
The AMP rope and handles kit arrived faster than expected. The materials are of high quality and I am enjoying them. However, the instructions for setting up the AMP handles and pairing to the app could be better highlighted. I had to use Google search to find out how to do it because I couldn't find the information on the Crossover site or in their emails.
Worth the price for me. I’ve been using them since 2020 and I rally enjoy the variety and challenge. Had one warranty claim for a set of handles that broke and they were replaced very fast with no issues.
My ropeless Get Lean set has performed very well and I love the fact that it’s easy to travel with!
The best service and the best jump ropes. Just bought one more, a 1pound, wow it's hard to use, but so cool. I also bought 3 jump ropes + a mat as a gift for a friend, she loves it too. Crossrope is so good and the service is fantastic, love it😊
For the past 15 years I have been using the same brand of jump rope and have been trapped by its limitations. Now with the Crossrope I can now challenge myself not just for endurance but strength as well. Thank you Crossrope for the progressive overload.
I'm retired in my 60s and want to improve my heart health. I jumped rope when I was young and loved it. Fast forward and bought the lean weighted ropeless set. I can do it in my living room listening to the oldies. Awesome workout in short timeframe. Highly recommend.
It's my second purchase of Crossropes, they simply are the best fitness material you can get for the money!
Fantastic quality rope. You can really feel the small jump between 1/2 and 3/4 lbs. Really love the extra workout for my shoulders and arms.
I like the design and functionality of the crossrope. Everything is of the highest quality, pleasant to hold and rotates smoothly. App helps to find a variety of exercises. The only thing I disliked so far is that heavy ropes (even 0.5, 1 lb) if they accidently hit the feet, it's quite painful. That is why I prefer the ligher one.
This are by far THE VERY BEST JUMP ROPE IN THE MARKET 500 STAR QUALITY....
Had a product issue after 2 years of daily use and Crossrope was responsive, addressed the issue and I had a replacement set of handles in a few days!
I broke several Chinese **** ropes which were GIGO.
I transitioned to the 1# CR which is way safer.
I felt like I was stagnating, so I jumped to the 2# CR.
I own the 3,4 & 5# CRs too.
You will definitely feel the burn with a 2# rope.
e.g. doing this for quick cardio
This is like a real workout.
I can only do 50x a set rather than the normal 100x.
e.g. 800x/day
MUSCLES AFFECTED
calves & hands > tight
I feel the muscles developing in the arms, legs & shoulders.
I will use the heavier ropes in the future.
patience ...
no use getting hurt ...
Absolutely happy about my new AMP and ropes! I will buy soon heavier ropes as my motivation to progress is at top! Thank you Crossrope!
Great Customer Service and highest quality products. Not to mention their great app with tons of workouts for every level, Beginner to Advanced and their team feature keeps me accountable for meeting my monthly goal.
Thank You Crossrope--Keep up the good work!
I have been jumping rope for years now and using Crossrope, too. I was feeling that my endurance session with the 1/2 lb had become a little too easy, but the 1 lb always left me too exhausted. I could not make equally long sessions or sets with it and had to take too many breaks.
That is where the 3/4 lb came in and I absolutely love the niche it fills. It is demanding but in a way that still enables longer sessions. Can't wait to incorporate it more into my workouts.
