Where are your offices located?

What is your interview process like?

We have a robust interview process to ensure we are hiring team members who will thrive on the team and love their role. After first speaking with our HR team, you will spend time with the hiring manager to share your experience and get a sense for the expectations of the role. Next, you will speak with Dave, our CEO and Founder; our core values are an important part of all that we do and this conversation is an opportunity to learn more about them. Some of our roles include a job-related assessment for you to showcase your skills as well. And while we will have questions to get to know you, we also want you to interview us!

Would I be working in an office or remotely?

While we were all in the office pre-pandemic, we've learned we can be productive and efficient at home and will keep that flexibility moving forward. We’re also looking forward to collaborating in person, meeting face to face, eating lunch together, and of course - enjoying some team jump rope workouts where it makes sense and when our teammates are comfortable. Our plan is to have most of our team in a hybrid setup, and we will continue to lean into a flexible, autonomous and team-oriented mindset.
