You can get a good workout if you use the ropeless Crossrope while bouncing on a Mini Trampoline !!!
I received my 2 lb weights for my skipping rope-less handles . So now I can switch up and use with my rebounder. I would highly recommend and buy again!

I love the rope- but being 5 ' 10.5", I ordered the large. I should have got the medium to skip faster, more normal feeling. Just a tip from a tall gal I can tell a difference with the heavier rope--- the 1/4 lb. is just like a reg. jump rope... not bad, but I already have one. What I do love is the spin jumper. The two included cords are great for tall and small.
Bought to use with my rebounder and they are a PERFECT addition to my routine without destabilizing me, like traditional dumbells do. I feel like a young girl jumping rope without the strain on my old lady knees. Will be purchasing the next weights when I level up. I was very hesitant because of the price but they are quality, interchangeable, and I have received awesome resources and service. Even my curmudgeonly husband thought they were cool (:
The left-wrist motion is difficult to master since it's not our dominant hand, so we end up slamming the weight into our forearms. If it weren't for that, we would have no issue! The concept is great!
After purchasing the ropeless system, I immediately purchased the 1/4 and 1/2 pound ropes and was so inspired I purchased the 1 and 2 pound ropes too. I’m easing into a routine to jump a little every day. I got the AMP handles and enjoy the data and feedback. Super excited to continue this journey. Thank you Crossrope Team!
I purchased the Get Stronger ropeless set after trying the lighter version and discovering I needed heavier weights. Return was easy, and customer service replied to emails promptly, even with a follow up. I also tried cheaper versions of ropeless jump ropes and they were useless. The balance and grip on Crossrope is worth it.
Iv lost count on how many ropes Iv gone through now , it’s costly to ship where I live but it’s worth it !! Love my jump rope ! Happyjumper here !

The equipment looks great and feels good. I also bought the app subscription so i don’t have to plan the exercices myself. For anyone with lower body mobility issues this is a great alternative.
It will probably hold up well, but returned for exchange immediately. The large was way too long for me standing 5’10.5”.
Return process was easy enough, and cross has been very responsive to emails and questions.
The crossropes are a ton of fun. Really snappy, the handles are awesome, and the mat makes a big difference in keeping the ropes fresh. The 1/4 pound rope is perfect for what I use it for, but the 1/2 pound is a great workout too! I’m looking forward to trying out the speed ropes and maybe even the heavier ones!

I love my ropeless Crossropes. I started with get lean set and added the 1 pound weights. I love the intensity of workout I can get quickly and in the comfort of my home [or camping]. There is no heavy equipment to get out or furniture to move. Fun and fast workout!
I originally used the heavier handles, which are great for weighted ropes, but the Slim Handles quickly became my favorite for longer conditioning sessions.

Great feel to the cross rope, definitely better quality than Amazon brands but worth it.
Don’t even bother ordering this product. Their customer service is beyond subpar. They do not respond to emails, there is no easy way to initiate return on their website, and there is no actual phone number where you can get a person to speak to. I ordered the wrong item and I can’t even manage to exchange it for the correct one. Therefore, I’m done with this company and I’m trying to return the merchandise. Save yourself the headache. And don’t even bother ordering from this company.
