I've been skipping daily since lockdown. I started with a simple, cheap rope which perished over a few weeks. Then I bought a beast rope (speed) which was great for me as skipping is my main form of cardio. I've been using that rope ever since, replacing the wire a few times which has done me great. Problem is, it became boring and too easy. I've been aware of Crossrope for a few years, from watching Jump Rop Dudes on YouTube. They looked great. Expensive, but with detachable ropes of different weights, I thought I'd treat myself. Best decision ever. I opted for the Lean set and it's enhanced my routines, making me fitter in the process. Well worth it.
Transitioning to a heavier rope takes time to avoid injury or discouragement. Start with short timed intervals (like 20 seconds, followed by a 10 second rest, repeat) then increase the duration of the exercise). You will get there!
I was doubtful at first about purchasing a ropeless set but I am glad I did. Great workout.
I was so excited to get my new ropeless weighted jump ropes. I was not sure what to expect and when they arrived I was extremely pleased. They are very good quality and very easy to connect and disconnect the weights. I have the 1lb and 2lb set and I thought that would be too light but let me tell you, it is not too light. I am using the 1lb for now and hope to build up to the 2lb but I think it will be a while. I like to jump on my Bellicose mini rebounder using the ropes. It really adds a new layer to an already fun work out. Thank you Crossropes, I love the product.

I never thought the quality of a jump rope really mattered. Turns out — it matters a lot. Not only for the training itself, but also for building and maintaining motivation. APP - Add to that the opportunity to train and learn under the guidance of truly great people, and it makes a huge difference. Highly recommended — the quality is absolutely worth the price.AMP — I have them, and I’m actually about to order another set as a gift for my dear friend ☺️
I researched ropes online and I bought the two top rated ropes. I like Crossrope best. Easy to use, has a comfortable swing. A good length for me but I’m slightly taller than average for a woman. The other brand (not US made) is good, but maybe I just ordered a weight heavier than I’m ready for.
I did order 2 weights of the Crossrope and I like them both. When I’m ready to practice I just grab the Crossrope because there’s less of a learning curve.
This thing is surprisingly fun. Took maybe a minute to figure out and I was already jumping without tripping over myself. The ankle ring is comfortable, the wheel spins smooth, and it actually gets your heart rate up fast. Perfect for quick bursts when you don’t feel like doing a full workout. Feels well-made and not gimmicky like I expected. Honestly, I keep coming back to it. Easy win.
I love my new rope! The handles are perfect size for me and I love how they spin so no tangles or twists form in the rope. The weight of th rope is perfect for me, giving me the right amount of feedback to keep my rhythm going so I have less mess ups. This is my new favorite cardio!
Love these cordless jump ropes from Crossrope. They’re well made, easy to use, and perfect for adding variety to my workouts. I especially like using the rope-less jump ropes on my Cellerciser mini trampoline. They give me the fun rhythm of jump roping without dealing with a full rope. Great quality and a great purchase.
Love them they are lots of fun i got the light and heavy jump rope pack witht eh wall hangers and the 5 lb rope they are great. Thanks a lot
Been using crossrope for about 4 years. Great rope and great workout. Helps build arm strength as well as cardio. Highly reccomended.
I just got the ropeless lean system and took it on vacation with me. It’s so easy to pack and obviously you can use it anywhere. I get a few funny looks but hey how many 66 year olds are jumping rope by their Airstream?
I bought the ropeless set along with the mat. The mat provides great cushioning on my concrete floor, and the ropeless jump rope makes exercising in my basement a breeze. When purchasing, I thought basic access for jumps and calorie counter were free with the app but upgraded functions like workouts, etc. were for by subscription. Rather than pay the monthly fee I’m now using my Apple Watch, but wish I had access to the AMP basic functions.
I’ve been using crossropes for 6 years and I love them, take them anywhere, from parking lot workouts to hotel gyms, I always have them with me, mix in sets with weights, calisthenics, or just on their own. Plus the quality is unmatched. I’m a lifetime customer.
I prefer jumping with weighted ropes and the four that I have 1, 2, 3 and 4 lbs. all give me a wonderful workout. Highly recommend getting them so that you do cardio and resistance training at the same time.
I had a great experience with cross rope and their customer service. My handles that I had bought in 2020 suddenly had a defect that could affect attaching the cables. I sent a picture of it and Crossrope sent me replacement handles right away. They seem to flow better too which is awesome. I really appreciate the customer service
