Love my setup. AMP handles with a few different weight ropes. 6oz speed rope is my favorite. Had them for little over 3 months and got the Master badge for 100,000 jumps the last two months.
I would never use another rope. Love the quality and the versatility of the Crossrope system. Thanks to Crissrope Im in the best shape of my life!
If you’re thinking about buying this… Don’t wait just do it you won’t regret it. It’s hands down one of the best jump ropes on the market.
I really like the replacement ropes but was disappointed that no one returned my email when I had to reorder due to the theft of my 4 ropes and 2 handles set. That is the only reason you didn’t get 5 stars!
Although I go to the gym and perform anaerobic exercises, my cardio was somewhat lacking. I had purchased previous jump ropes before. However, they were flimsy or too long and just didn't cut it for me.
Then Crossrope came along. I looked through the website to determine which jump rope would be the best for my workouts. I saw the "get lean" nodel and thought I would give it a twirl. lol
I was taken aback at the pricing. However, I thought, let me see what this Crossrope is all about. If it does not live up to my standards, I will get a refund and move on.
Upon receiving my Crossrope jump rope, I received two ropes of different weight (1/2 Lb. & 1/4 Lb.), which was a great idea! Initially, I started with the lighter jump rope which was a mistake. I finally used my brain and realized the 1/4 Lb. rope is to be used after I become somewhat proficient in jumping rope. I then began to use the 1/2 Lb. rope, and wouldn't you know it, I was a jumping fool! lol
Although I am not jumping rope like Rocky Balboa, I am able to maintain a consistent jump!
The quality of the product looks sturdy and well-constructed. Great idea on the quick connect / disconnect of the handles and jump ropes.
I can say that I am very happy with your product and the money spent (albeit a little high). Nonetheless, I will recommend to any future users.
Thank You!
I thought this Matt was made with the same material as the flow matt because it has the same texture. This matt is softer and I like to jump on natural surfaces so it was a bit of a disappointment when it rolled and bunched during my first workout with it. The size and sling are great for travel to bad it is so soft.
I’ve been using crossrope for a few years now. It’s a great quality and I’m very happy with it.
See the title. Nothing beats these ropes. Worth every penny and then some. The mat is no different, quality beyond anything you'd even expect. I bought a "jump rope mat" on Amazon, has a cute little jump rope and feet graphics and everything so you KNOW it means business... It didn't, in fact mean business, when the Crossrope unit came.. then I realized it is childish and ****.
All my life I’ve struggled to find a form of exercise that I enjoy and fits with my everyday life. Crossrope has been transformative because it is easy to do at home and allows me to compete against a worthy opponent- myself :D
The AMP handles are so much fun and the realtime feedback is highly motivating to push yourself that little bit more. As a complete beginner the heavier rope has been really useful for feedback and control.
The app is great with lots of very well produced content. It’s also really flexible, the beginner program was a little too fast for me so I repeated each lesson 3x before moving on and the app made that really easy.
As for what I’d improve - the amount of app content was a little overwhelming to navigate once I’d completed the beginner program. The search function is good and lets you find workouts by duration and intensity etc but I would have appreciated a bit more signposting to a suitable post-beginner program.
Overall, this is a brilliant experience - my fitness has improved measurably. In just a few weeks, my BMI is now in the healthy range, resting heart rate is lower and endurance is improving steadily. More importantly, for the first time ever, I feel motivated to exercise consistently and feel more energetic and positive as a result.
The only thing better than the ropes is the customer service. Multiple rope and service customer.
As the title says I’m very satisfied with the product. The only thing keeping it from a five star is ‘I’m not sure how long it will last.
Im using it with one of cross ropes mats. At the end of a training session, (2000 jumps) the part of the rope that hits the mat Is black and has some dents in it
Planing to bring it with me on a trip without the mat. I hope that a hard surface won’t make to big of a dent in it.
The ropes and the handles feel premium. Packaging was great. I wish Crossrope had people to speak with rather than going through email but overall I am happy with my purchase. I will say this. If you’re going to order from them try to order everything at once, they charge every time for delivery and it’s not cheap. Also, I would really not recommend buying the AMP if you’re not certain that you are going to pay the yearly or monthly membership fee.
This jump rope is a bit of an investment, but absolutely worth every penny. The build quality is superb—sturdy handles, smooth bearings, and a durable cable that glides effortlessly. Compared to other jump ropes I’ve tried, you can really feel the difference in its responsiveness and comfort. It’s genuinely fun to use and feels like top-tier fitness equipment you’ll enjoy for years.
Great jumprope, easy to use, robust, comfortable and very easy to switch between different ropes
I've been using Crossrope since 2020, and although I've taken breaks since then, I am consistently amazed by how effective each workout is. Recently, I purchased AMP+Ropeless to continue working out while travelling, as I love the Crossrope app. It's effective, efficient, and full of great workouts. The ecosystem Crossrope built is just excellent on all levels.
I have the 1/4lb for speed work and duration. 1/2lb for routine jump workout. And the 1lb for muscle and toning. Use them together and it just gets results. I use the larger handles for all the ropes because it works better for me.
First time using a weighted rope. I purchased the 1/4 and 1/2 pound, 9 1/2 ft. I’m 6ft 3 and have always used a 9 footer and I’m thinking the 9 1/2 might be a bit long. I’ve been using them and liking them, but wondering if the 9 foot might be even better. I did actually get a return label to swap for the 9 foot, but what if I then decide I prefer the 9 1/2? Also at this point, I don’t know if I can go without for whatever time it takes to swap them! Any suggestions? CHEERS!
This is my second set of handles. My ropes are still good even after 4 years 5 days a week 30 minutes. Good quality. Cheap price for the health of your heart. When I go to the doctor they say my blood pressure is that of a 20 year old and I’m pushing 45 years old. All because of these ropes
I was doing good with the 1/4lb and 1/2lb hopeless weighted rope, but I needed a more challenging rope for some of the workouts, needless to say I am glad I did. The ropes make some of my workouts a little more challenging and fun. Glad I made the investment.
I jumped rope when I was in my teens, but never since. Turning 50 made me realize that it's a lot harder to keep weight off. I have a more sedentary life, and even though I am lifting weights 4-5x a week, I don't do enough cardio. I started my ropeless jump training a week ago and love it. Traveling Europe for the summer, this will be great to use - no excuse to not fit in some kind of a training session :)
