Joseph's Weight Loss Transformation

Joseph Graham Jr., a 32-year-old father of three from New York City, lost nearly 80 lbs through one simple exercise: jumping rope. He believes that staying active plays a crucial role in both physical and mental well-being. Graham has been sharing his weight loss journey on TikTok and credits his success to Crossrope.

Graham used to be an avid runner and lost 35 pounds in 2012, but after his mother passed away in 2019 and gyms closed during the Covid, he lost his motivation and began overeating, reaching a weight of 247 lbs. Concerned about his children witnessing his decline, he started using a weighted Crossrope in 2021. This helped him get back on track.

"I was dealing with severe stress, depression and anxiety. My mom had always been there to help me through tough situations. With her gone, I felt alone. I began overeating and consuming sugary drinks and snacks. My weight had climbed to 247 pounds, and I wasn't happy with who I was as an individual or the way that I was living. I was most disappointed by the fact that my children were witnessing me spiral downward.” - Joseph Graham, interview with Newsweek

Crossrope is effective for building endurance, improving heart health, balance, coordination, and burning calories. Research shows that jumping rope can significantly reduce body mass index, especially when combined with weighted ropes. Thirty minutes of running is equivalent to 10 minutes of jumping with Crossrope.

Graham advises beginners to start with the basic skip, keeping their feet low to the ground and focusing on wrist movement, while gradually building up their skills.

There’s no better time than now to make a change and start seeing results. According to Graham, you don't need a personal trainer or even a gym membership to get fit—all you need is Crossrope. Graham also emphasizes that skipping rope not only helped him achieve physical fitness but also had a profound impact on his mental well-being. If he can do it, you can too!
