Choose the right rope length for you based on your height.


If you are in-between sizes, and you're a beginner, the larger size is usually preferable because it allows more room for error. If you are more experienced, then the smaller size tends to be better. If you currently have a rope that you are comfortable jumping with, we recommend measuring your current rope, not including the handles, for a comparison.

    10 minutes a day will do you good

    I jump for 10 minutes a day, 20 seconds on, 10 second rest. My weight is down, my total cholesterol is under 200, and I have no concerns about diabetes even though I drink two glasses of wine every night.

    1 Pound for the Win!

    Decided to try the 1LB rope - so glad I did! It's SO much fun and at the end of my jump with it I feel so much stronger. It complements my 1/4 and 1/2 pound rope and I love the challenge. Great cardio, great design, and great overall workout.

    For the 1lb rope, there is a difference as compared to the other ropes via Speed Performance Set (3oz, 6oz & 9oz) that was purchased as a whole.

    The density of the 1lb rope has its characteristics and uniqueness. The thickness represents itself and you can feel the tolerance from the revolutions when the rope is turning via the handles.

    I always use the 1lb rope to warm-up the muscles and breathing, then switch down to each individual one to increase my stamina.
