Will I need the Crossrope app to do the challenge?
Yes, you will need to be able to download the Crossrope app to get access to the challenge workouts. The app is available for free on Android and iOS devices.
What equipment do I need to participate?
You'll need a jump rope of course. If you have a jump rope you love, feel free to use it as you follow along the workouts. If you want the best experience and the best fitness results, you can choose from one of our popular weighted jump rope sets. All participants will get access to special offers after signing up!
How do I access the workouts?
We'll send you all the details for how to access the workouts after you sign up. You'll need access to a smartphone where you can download the free Crossrope App.
Can I invite friends and family to join?
Yes, of course! Once you sign up, we'll show you some simple ways to invite your friends and family. It's one of the best ways to stay accountable to your goals.
How difficult are the workouts?
The workouts in the challenge are designed to accommodate participants of all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, our challenge offers a variety of workouts to challenge and motivate you. You can choose your intensity, making it accessible and enjoyable for your personal fitness goals. If you choose to use AMP, you'll even be able to personalize your intensity levels.
How do I win prizes?
To be eligible for product and cash prizes, simply sign up for our New Year Jump Rope Challenge, submit your 'before' photos and participate in the 30 days of workouts. After completing the challenge, submit your 'after' photos, showcasing your fitness journey and the positive impact of the challenge on your health. If we choose to use your before and after photos you'll be eligible for a cash prize.
