Our fast clip connection allows you to change rope weights quickly. Go light to heavy and back again for an effective full-body workout. Redesigned handles are lighter and shorter with the most comfortable grip yet.
Our weighted ropes make jumping easy to learn for beginners and offer a unique challenge for experienced fitness goers. Great for weight loss, cardio, and strength training.
Choose the right rope length for you based on your height.
If you are in-between sizes, and you're a beginner, the larger size is usually preferable because it allows more room for error. If you are more experienced, then the smaller size tends to be better. If you currently have a rope that you are comfortable jumping with, we recommend measuring your current rope, not including the handles, for a comparison.
Looking for shorter ropes? We have limited quantities of XXS/XS sizes available.

I've had my ropes for a few months now. I started with the 1/4 and 1 lb combo set and put both of them to (heavy) work upon receipt. The 1/4 pound rope broke this spring and when I went to replace it, the model was discontinued. However, as a viable option, could purchase some returned ropes at a discount. I am 6'7" tall so unfortunately, my options are very limited. I took a chance and ordered on size down. With a bit of adjustment in my technique, I made it work so I ordered a second one (before they're gone) and added a 2 lb one as well, giving me 2-1/2 lb, and one 1 lb and 2lb ropes respectively. I do 10 sets of 100 with the the light rope, adding ten per set 110, 120, 130... up to 200 set ten. Previous to using the 2 lb rope, I could only get about 50 reps on the 1lb rope 3 or 4 times. Since I've started using the two pound rope, I finally reached 100 with the 1 lb rope after two sets with the 2 lb rope of 30 and 50 respectively. The winter floor was very hard on the light rope and I'm hoping these next two hold on a bit longer than a few months. The 1lb and 2lb ropes I'm not too worried about as they see 1/10th the contact with the floor the light rope does. Overall the company's service has been good. We'll see where it goes from there.

I started back doing something that I enjoyed as a kid and not getting a great cardio workout, but also an awesome strength training session when using the heavier ropes. This has definitely been a great investment in my overall health.
