How does automatic jump counting / Crossrope Count™ work?

Crossrope Count™ uses the microphone on your phone or tablet to record the sound of the rope hitting the ground and count it as a jump. You can use it to count how many jumps you do within each workout and to track your improvement over time with Benchmarks.
