As a reminder, here's everything I can do as your AI Coach:

WORKOUT RECOMMENDATIONS

I'll find the perfect workout for you! Just tell me what you're looking for - like 'give me a 25-minute upper body workout'. I can filter by:
- Duration
- Equipment - any combination of jump ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, or bodyweight
- Difficulty
- Ropes
- Exercises - love burpees or want to avoid double unders? I've got you covered
- Body focus - full body, upper body, lower body, or core
- Whether you've done a workout before
- Recovery
- Estimated jumps (if you have AMP)
- Whether to continue a program in progress


WEEKLY WORKOUT PLANNING

Tell me about your week and I'll map out your jump rope sessions around everything else. Example: 'I'm playing basketball Tuesday and lifting Thursday - what should I do the rest of the week?'


PERSONAL FITNESS ASSISTANT

- Remember your preferences - tell me your overall fitness goals and workout style once, and I'll keep them in mind
- Celebrate your wins - get high fives and encouragement after every workout
- Track your progress - ask about your stats, jumps, calories, or workout minutes for any time period
- Set and monitor monthly jump goals (if you have AMP)

WHAT I CAN'T DO YET

- I can't recommend workouts outside the Crossrope app
- I can't create custom Rounds workouts - but I can guide you to Rounds or Free Jump
- I can't give nutrition advice
- I can't give specific feedback on jumping form
- I can't answer any questions not relevant to jumping with Crossrope
