6.7.5 (6/23/2026)
- Now you can select up to 8 ropes (instead of 4) within a a Free Jump

-
Workout page now has numbers for how many new workouts/programs/classes we have, to show off how we're constantly adding new content to the app
-
Added filter option for classes to search by name

6.7.4 (6/10/2026)
- Updated Jump to Workout tab, which now makes it easier to find rebounding content and Sculpt content, while making the list simpler for jumpers
- New shop offer section for Standard Members at the top of the Shop, look out there for exclusive offers plus the discount code at the top
- New filter for classes
6.7.3 (5/27/2026)
- Sculpt System support! Sculpting is using what we've called the Ropeless weighted attachments while not jumping or bouncing and focusing on getting a great upper body workout by swinging the attachments around. The faster you swing them and heavier the attachment, the more upper body muscle engagement. You can find Sculpt Programs and Classes, as well as Sculpt Mode which is similar to Free Jump but shows your live Power, Time Under Tension, and more. Sculpt session count towards your Sculpt reps, but not your jumps, since the focus of Sculpt is on non-jumping movements.
6.7.2 (5/12/2026)
- New Ropeless Rebounding Classes! If you select Ropeless Rebounding during onboarding, then your home page will be customized to show Ropeless Rebounding content. You can still access all of the content in the Workout tab.
- Ropeless Rebounder Mode! This is just like Free Jump, but making it clear that if you're using Ropeless on a Rebounder and just want to track your stats with AMP, this is the mode for you.
6.7.1 (5/5/2026)
- New muscle activation chart after workouts and in the workout preview showing which muscle groups were worked the most. This takes into account which ropes/ropeless weights were used, as well as which bodyweight/kettlebell/dumbbell movements the workout included. This makes it easier to see how weighted ropes give a full body workout.
- In teams, you can now @mention team members to notify them directly, like in other chat-based apps
- Added the Version Log in the menu, so you can easily view detailed updates to see what’s new in each release and why it might be helpful to you
- Custom TargetTrainer mode, where you can set custom target intensity levels per workout without affecting your overall TargetTrainer intensity levels.
- Improved load speeds, with the app now opening up to 2x faster
- Ability to delete custom workouts from the list. Tap into the custom workout, then look for the red trash button at the very top. This lets you simplify your list of custom workouts so only the ones you care most about will appear.
- Apple Watch stability fixes. Fixed an issue where the watch extension version number wasn’t properly updating which can cause a mismatch issue. Sometimes when Apple Watch doesn’t pair properly and provide heart rate in your workouts, it’s because the Crossrope phone app updates and the watch app doesn’t. The solution is usually to go into the Watch app on your phone, and make sure the Crossrope watch app is fully installed and not spinning. If it’s stuck spinning, then delete the Crossrope watch app and reinstall it. This update should make this issue happen less frequently.
