If you are in-between sizes, and you're a beginner, the larger size is usually preferable because it allows more room for error. If you are more experienced, then the smaller size tends to be better. If you currently have a rope that you are comfortable jumping with, we recommend measuring your current rope, not including the handles, for a comparison.

- Does the AMP require a membership?
- Yes, a membership is required to pair your handles and track your stats. A Lite Membership ($4.99/mo) unlocks Sculpt Mode and basic tracking. A Standard Membership ($99/yr or $14.99/mo) adds all guided workouts and classes, Custom Workouts, and more.
- How do I pair the AMP handles?
- Simple Bluetooth pairing. Open the app, go to AMP in the menu, press the button on your handle, and they'll connect. The first time takes about 30 seconds, then it should be instant.
- What does AMP track?
- RPM, total rotations, power output, and calories, all visible in real time while you sculpt.
- What muscles does this work?
- The Sculpt System works your triceps, biceps, forearms, shoulders, and upper back. Try switching between swinging forward and backward, or experiment with different arm positions, to target different areas.
- Will I actually feel this working?
- Yes, most people feel it in their arms within the first minute. If it feels too easy, try swinging a little faster.
- Will this ever become too easy?
- No. The faster you swing, the more resistance you create. When that starts feeling easy, move up to a heavier attachment. Additional weights are available separately in 1/4, 3/4, 1.5, 2, and 3 lb.
- Which weight should I start with?
- Start with the 1/2 lb. Get comfortable with the movement, then swing a little faster or move to the 1 lb when you're ready.
- Do I need any fitness experience?
- None. Just swing at a comfortable pace and you'll feel it in your arms quickly. The Sculpt System is designed to be approachable for anyone.
- Is this a Ropeless Jump Rope?
- Yes, it's the same product as our Ropeless jump rope, just positioned around what many of our customers were already discovering: it's an excellent upper body workout on its own, no jumping or bouncing required. If you want to use it as a jump rope too, go for it. Our app has thousands of workouts for Ropeless, and AMP counts your jumps automatically.
