To make your decision easy, we're giving you 60 days to use our ropes as much as you'd like so you can see the difference for yourself. If you aren't convinced, you can return them for free*, no questions asked.

Domestic Shipping (USA Only)

All US orders ship free over $200 with ground shipping. Shipping is always free for returns (US only).

Other shipping methods offered include Express and Overnight.

Shipping timelines are displayed on checkout and do not include processing time. Your ropes will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date*.

*Pre-orders will operate on their own advertised timeframe.

Delivery times vary and depend on the below factors. Please follow the order to checkout to see the options to your location.

You can choose different shipping options at our checkout. An estimated delivery time and cost will be displayed for each option. There is no guaranteed delivery date for orders sent via postal services. Delivery dates quoted at checkout are an estimation only. We aim to meet the delivery times quoted but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather conditions or customs inspections can result in delays.

*Please note that rural or remote locations may see longer delays. The transit time quoted is based on an average to the country chosen at checkout but does not account for the complexity in delivering to a remote location.

FAQ

Can You Deliver to an International Army Base?

Yes, we can deliver to APOs, FPOs, and DPOs. Please note, shipping may take a little longer than usual. However, if you have any trouble, please send us a message and we will be happy to further assist you!

Where Does My Order to Canada Ship From?

Orders shipped to Canada are shipped from Raleigh, NC, USA. Canadian customers are offered a Standard Shipping option or an Express option via DHL.

If I Live in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, What Is the Shipping Fee and When Will I Get My Order?

If you live in the non-contiguous United States, shipping is still free for all orders over $200. You will receive your order within 3-10 business days after it leaves our distribution center.

Do You Ship to PO Boxes in the US?

Yes! We do ship to PO boxes but the only shipping option will be USPS for those orders. The timeline for delivery will vary between 6 and 10 days.

If the package does not fit in the PO box then the Post Office should hold the package. Please make sure to have your ID and ask them for the package.

Keep in mind we can also ship to authorized FedEx pick-up locations if that would be a better fit for you!

I Prepaid My Duties and Taxes - Why Am I Being Charged More for Delivery?

If you prepaid your duties & taxes at checkout, your order is covered by our ‘guaranteed landed shipping cost service’, meaning that you should not have to pay any further fees.

1) If you have not paid the invoice for additional charges, please do not – we will resolve the issue directly with our shipping partner.
2) If you have paid this invoice, please send us a copy of the receipt and we will issue a full refund.
