When will I receive access to the Double Under Pro course?
The WODprep team will share access with you directly on or after November 22nd, 2024. You must purchase the WODprep Set by November 21st, 2024 in order to receive the course.
What is the WODprep jump rope set?
The WODprep Jump Rope Set is a premium jump rope system designed by Crossrope and inspired by WODprep founder Ben Dziwulski. This system is designed to take your double under training to the next level so you can RX every workout. The set comes with custom-designed WODprep Slim handles, a 2.5 oz Rope, and a 5 oz Rope.
How should I determine my size?
All of our ropes are sized to your height. The recommended user height ranges are provided on all of our product pages. Please note that our jump ropes are NOT adjustable. For further guidance, please see our jump rope sizing page.
What do I need to start jumping rope?
In order to get started, all you’ll need is to order your jump rope set, download the Crossrope App for tutorials and the 14-day beginner challenge, and find a clear space to jump.
The recommended space for jumping rope is 10 ft front-to-back, 7 ft side-to-side, and a ceiling height roughly equal to your rope length. Make sure your ceiling is free from anything that may obstruct your jumping such as lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, etc.
What is Crossrope’s exchange / return policy?
