Challenge FAQs
Will I need the Crossrope app to do the challenge?
Yes, you will need to be able to download the Crossrope app to get access to the challenge workouts. The app is available for free on Android and iOS devices.
What equipment do I need?
All you need is a jump rope and some space to work with. If you have a rope you love, feel free to use it. If not, we'll show you how you can try our weighted ropes risk-free. The recommended space needed for jumping rope is 10 ft front-to-back, 7 ft side-to-side, and a ceiling height that is roughly equal to your rope length.
How do I access the workouts?
We'll send you all the details for how to access the workouts after you sign up. You'll need access to a smartphone where you can download the free Crossrope App.
Can I invite friends & family to join?
Yes, of course! Once you sign up, we'll show you some simple ways to invite your friends and family.
