Our Return Policy

Our return policy applies to any of our physical products (for apparel returns, your items must be tagged and unworn and in original packaging). Please note our return policy does not apply to subscription products including our Crossrope Membership.

If you bought your Crossrope gear from another retailer, please contact them first for exchanges or returns. If they’re not able to help, just call, email, or chat with us, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Something's not right. How do I request a replacement?

We will happily replace any product that does not perform to Crossrope's high expectations, under normal use and within the functional life of the product.
