Important: Check Your Crossrope Handles for Wear

Hey there,

Congrats! You’ve done enough jumps to be an official ‘power user.’  While we stand behind the quality and performance of Crossrope, wear and tear will occur over time for high volume jumpers like you.  That’s why it’s really important to inspect your handles periodically.  Please take a look at this image, specifically at the circled area, where you can see the connector eyelet getting thin where it’s likely to fail.

Please take a moment to inspect your connectors, so this doesn't happen.

If you notice the connector eyelet or post eyelet looks thin or worn (as shown in the first image), please fill out our warranty replacement form to request replacement handles.
