We're excited to announce that Rounds in the Crossrope app for iOS has been upgraded to "Custom Workouts"! Advanced users can now create more complex workouts with multiple intervals per block, making it easy to program different activities including 20 different jump rope, Ropeless, bodyweight, kettlebell, and dumbbell exercises.

This has been one of our most requested features, and we're thrilled to give our power users the ability to program exactly what they want. Prefer longer rest periods or no rest at all? Want back-to-back jumping intervals, or bodyweight and dumbbell exercises only with no jumping? Whatever your preference, you can create it and save it, so when it's time to work out, your personalized, custom workout is waiting for you.

For AMP users, Custom Workouts count your jumps along with TargetTrainer to help push you to jump faster and get more out of your workout. As you're planning, you can see the Projected Jumps update in real-time, so if you're aiming for a certain jump count, you can adjust the workout accordingly.

We've also added the ability to share your Custom Workouts with friends! Simply navigate to the Custom Workouts page, tap on a workout, and hit the Share button to generate a link you can send to friends.
