How to Easily Connect Your Crossrope Account to Strava

The Crossrope app now supports connecting your account to Strava!

Once your account is connected, then any workouts or Free Jumps you do in the Crossrope app will automatically be posted to your Strava account, and there you can feel free to edit them or add photos.

iOS Users

Go to the top right menu in the app, choose Connect Apps, and follow the instructions, and you're all set! Nothing else to do.

Android Users - Customer Service is Ready to Connect Android Strava Accounts
Please email [email protected] to coordinate a ten-minute timeframe that works for you and our team to set this up.

Instructions for Android Users
  1. Before you start, make sure you check your profile page in the app to know your correct Crossrope app email address, as it might be through Facebook, Apple, or your non-primary email address.
  2. Visit this URL
  3. Sign in if required, and authorize Crossrope to post to Strava
  4. You're going to see a screen that looks like an error that says localhost. That's ok. You need to copy the entire URL you're taken to. There's a code embedded inside of it, so the whole URL will look like: http://localhost/exchange_token?state=&code=a78a656a6b58c29f288d195cd0504b023659467d&scope=read,activity:write

  5. Send an email to [email protected] with the entire URL from the step above, along with the email address you use for your Crossrope account, along with a subject link titled Strava.

If you complete all of this quickly (the code expires 10 minutes after step 3 above), and you do this during the time periods CS will be waiting for these requests, then we'll be able to connect your Strava account, and any workouts you do in Crossrope will automatically post to Strava.

Thanks! Happy Jumping!
