Imagine having a personal fitness guide right inside your Crossrope app, ready to assist you whenever you need it in finding the right workouts and answering questions to help you in your fitness journey. That's exactly what the AI Coach is.
It's an in-app AI companion designed to help our Standard Members unlock the full potential of their Crossrope experience. Think of it as your intelligent workout partner, there to alleviate any overwhelm and empower you to make confident, informed choices about your fitness.
This isn't just another feature; it's a text-based interface that seamlessly connects you to various parts of the app, making navigation and workout selection more intuitive than ever before.


How do I access the Coach?
Easy! Make sure you're on the latest iOS/Android version, and look for the AI Coach button in the top navigation bar.
Get a Standard Membership to unlock the Coach's abilities.


What the AI Coach Can Do Now
Upon launch, the AI Coach can:
1. Deliver Personalized Workout Recommendations: Instead of using the filter, the AI Coach recommends workouts based on your specific criteria and user preferences, making it easier than ever to find the perfect session. Want a 20 minute HIIT session, or 35 minute workout with all 4 Get Fit ropes around 2500 jumps? The coach can help you find workouts efficiently and feel good they're taking you towards your fitness goals
2. Tailored Workout Plans: Need a plan for your week that works around your busy schedule? The AI Coach can recommend workout plans based on your schedule, helping you stay consistent and achieve your goals. Playing other sports or going to the gym on certain days? Let the coach know, and it'll recommend a perfect plan for you.
3. In-App Q&A: Have questions about the app, specific workouts, or features? The AI Coach is your go-to resource for instant answers.
4. Post-Workout Encouragement: After you crush a workout, the AI Coach will be there to congratulate you, providing that extra boost of motivation to keep you going.
Who is the AI Coach For?
The AI Coach works for Standard Members, and it's especially great for:
• Users who want to find workouts more efficiently
• Users who prefer the Coach to plan their whole week, even taking into account non-Crossrope activity.
• New Users: If you feel intimidated by the extensive functionality in the Crossrope app, just go to the AI Coach, tell it what you want, and it will lead you to the right workouts for you
• Users who prefer a text-based interface over navigating throughout the app.
We believe the AI Coach will be a game-changer for many of you, making your fitness journey more enjoyable, effective, and personalized. We're incredibly excited to bring this to you and look forward to seeing how it transforms your Crossrope experience.
What can the Coach filter workouts by?
Anything included in the filter and more, including
- Duration
- Ropes used
- Equipment - any combination of jump ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight
- Exercises - love burpees or want to avoid double-unders? Coach can take that into account
- Difficulty
- HIIT/Strength/Endurance
- Estimated jumps (for AMP users)
- Full body/upper body/lower body/core
- Whether to continue a program in progress
- Whether you've done a workout before
- Whether a workout is in favorites
What can the Coach NOT do yet?
We're always working on improving the Coach, so these might come later, but here's what it can't do now:
- Recommend any types of workouts not in the Crossrope app
- Give nutrition advice
- Answer questions not related to jumping or the Crossrope app
- Create custom Rounds workouts
- Give feedback on jumping form
- Provide feedback once you're already in the workout
When does the Coach send messages?
- It responds when you ask questions or for workout recommendations
- After every time you work out, it sends a congratulatory message
- Each day, Coach sends a message and provides a workout recommendation for you if it makes sense for that day
How can I give feedback on the Coach?
Long-press on a message from Coach, and then mark it as helpful or unhelpful, along with a description of why. We're always adding new abilities to the coach, and your feedback helps us make it better.
