Choose the right rope length for you based on your height.


If you are in-between sizes, and you're a beginner, the larger size is usually preferable because it allows more room for error. If you are more experienced, then the smaller size tends to be better. If you currently have a rope that you are comfortable jumping with, we recommend measuring your current rope, not including the handles, for a comparison.

Great alternative

This is a great alternative to the « classic » rope. Now I can do it in my flat without breaking stuff. I do not need to jump, the weights allow me to give an intense pump that I feel all the way to my finger tips.

Great for low ceilings / small dwellings!

While your ego may want to be jumping rope like the main character in your favorite boxing movie, life gets in the way. For those of us in small spaces or where the weather won’t let us do rope work outside the 2lb Ropeless Jump Rope is perfect. It is great for poorly coordinated people too. Ask me how I know this. :)

I was curious about ropeless re: style with rope. Realistically, you can “speed like” interval which gives a good burn upper body; you can hold different lower body positions ie saddle stance like road biking or any you choose. If you cross via speed rope style I’d advise against; most likely to hit yourself. I don’t think I’d move entirely away from rope speed or weighted but define your workout goal first.
