VOICE
The key is to create an emotional connection with the audience, rather than directly sell to them. Tell stories, share your experiences, be real. Think benefits, not features. Speak with emotion & conviction. How has Crossrope made an impact on your life?
At Crossrope we always try to be encouraging and approachable. We want viewers to know that we offer a small tool that can make a big impact.

TIPS FOR SUCCESS
To be successful, we recommend that you get creative with your videos. Think about other viral videos you’ve seen, and stories you’ve enjoyed watching, and dig into what makes you unique.
What hook is going to stop someone from scrolling? Try to put your biggest, most exciting thought within the first 3 seconds of your video to encourage thumb-stop. Here are a few ideas to get the creative juices flowing:
• Tell a story or show your transformation
• Do an unboxing
• Provide tips, tricks, or tutorials
• Help with pain points
Tips to attract visitors and foster interest:
• Incorporate our website link into your CTA
• Including a link in the comments section
• Pin comments on YouTube
• Ensuring our link is always available in your bio
• Call out the names of our ropes early on
• Add clickable links across your Instagram Story, Bio, and Direct Messages
• Above all, demonstrating authentic support for our brand

LOGOS
The Crossrope logo is a very important part of the brand identity. When using the logo, please use the entire graphic without stretching or altering.
When showcasing our brand name "Crossrope," (one word, capital “C”, no capital ‘R’) we suggest utilizing sans serif fonts like Calibri, Arial, or Lucida Sans. Please refrain from using flashy fonts with multiple colors.
We value your uniqueness and do not want to dictate your branding. We just ask that when the Crossrope brand is present, the name be presented in the proper form.
BRAND COLORS
The Crossrope green is not required for your promotion, however, if you choose to use it we want to help you get the shade correct.
The color diagram provides hex numbers for each color breakdown. If you need CMYK or RGB values, please let us know and we would be happy to provide them.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Need a few still photos for your product promotion? We have you covered. See the link below for access to our partner photo collection.
VIDEO
B-roll videos can provide an extra layer of interest in product promotion. Mixing in quick shots of people jumping, looking at the app, or interacting with one another can make the video more entertaining. Below is a link to a few B-roll options. If you are in need of something specific, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
