Every month, you can earn badges by completing a number of workouts throughout the month. There are three tiers: bronze, silver and gold. The more workouts you complete, the closer you will get to gold! Check the app each month to see your goals and progress.

When does the challenge begin?

A new challenge starts at the beginning of each month. Join us any time and get access to the workouts.

Will I need the Crossrope app to do the challenge?

Yes, you will need to be able to download the Crossrope app to get access to the challenge workouts. The app is available for free on Android and iOS devices.

What equipment do I need?

All you need is a jump rope and some space to work with. If you have a rope you love, feel free to use it. If not, we'll show you how you can try our weighted ropes risk-free. The recommended space needed for jumping rope is 10 ft front-to-back, 7 ft side-to-side, and a ceiling height that is roughly equal to your rope length.

How do I access the workouts?

We'll send you all the details for how to access the workouts after you sign up. You'll need access to a smartphone where you can download the free Crossrope App.

Can I invite friends & family to join?

Yes, of course! Once you sign up, we'll show you some simple ways to invite your friends and family.

How do I win the Crossrope Fitness Prize Pack?

Sign up for the challenge to enter. One lucky winner will be selected at the end of every month. The Crossrope Fitness Prize Pack includes the following: Get Fit Bundle (1), Crossrope Jump Rope Mat (1), and 1 Year of Crossrope All-Access Membership (App).

If you've signed up for our challenge and giveaway after May 1st, 2022, you're already entered in our monthly giveaway draw. You do not need to sign up again.
