How do I win the Crossrope Fitness Prize Pack?
Sign up for the Gronk Fitness Giveaway to enter. The winner will be announced on or after July 4. How long will the program be free?
The Program is free for 4 days for all users until July 4th. After that, the Gronk Fitness Training Camp Program will require an All-Access Membership.
Will I need the Crossrope app to do the program?
Yes, you will need to be able to download the Crossrope app to get access to the workouts. The app is available for free on Android and iOS devices.
What equipment do I need?
All you need is a jump rope, a couple of dumbbells, and some space to work with. If you have a rope you love, feel free to use it. If not, we'll show you how you can try our weighted ropes risk-free. The recommended space needed for jumping rope is 10 ft front-to-back, 7 ft side-to-side, and a ceiling height that is roughly equal to your rope length.
How do I access the workouts?
We'll send you all the details for how to access the workouts after you sign up. You'll need access to a smartphone where you can download the free Crossrope App.
Can I invite friends & family to join?
Yes, of course! Once you sign up, we'll show you some simple ways to invite your friends and family.
