100 Jumps a Day Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility
The 100 Jumps a Day Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), and other countries where permitted by law, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Crossrope, LLC ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate. Void in Quebec and where otherwise prohibited by law.
2. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Crossrope, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company located at 6101 Westgate Road, Suite 107, Raleigh, NC, 27617.
3. Agreement to Official Rules
By entering, participants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
4. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on April 24, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on May 4, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
Participants may enter the Giveaway via Instagram or TikTok during the Giveaway Period.

To be eligible, posts must be publicly visible and must tag the appropriate Crossrope account on each respective platform. Multiple daily entries are allowed by posting additional videos on different days.
Alternate Method of Entry - By Mail:
You may also enter by filling out a standard postcard, postage prepaid, setting forth [the words "100 Jumps a Day Challenge and Giveaway", your first and last name, address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address, and year and date of birth], and mailing it to [6101 Westgate Road, Suite 107, Raleigh, NC, 27617, Attn: Giveaway]. If you enter through this alternative method, you will not be subscribed to our mailing list.
Limit one (1) AMOE postcard entry per person for the duration of the Giveaway Period. Entries must be received by May 4, 2025, to be eligible. Entries received in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
6. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a prize package valued at approximately $517.90, which includes:

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $517.90
No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Taxes: All federal, state, local, and international taxes (if any) are the sole responsibility of the winner.
International Shipping Notice: Sponsor will cover standard shipping costs. Any customs duties, VAT, or additional import taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about May 5, 2025, from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used to enter within five (5) business days of the drawing.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within five (5) days, or fails to return any required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Canadian Residents Only: Before being declared a winner, Canadian residents must correctly answer a time-limited, skill-testing mathematical question without assistance.
8. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
9. Rights Granted by Entrants
By submitting an entry, you grant the Sponsor the right to use your name, likeness, and submitted content (including videos or photos) for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Terms & Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, agents, and employees from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.
12. Disputes
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Any disputes will be resolved individually in a court located in North Carolina, and entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Privacy
Information submitted is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.crossrope.com/pages/privacy-policy.
Non-U.S. participants acknowledge that their data will be processed in accordance with this policy and agree to the transfer of their data to the United States for the purposes of administering this Giveaway.
