Whenever I am feeling downtrodden and am starting to run out of hope,
I feel better by increasing my heartrate with my trusty, beloved jump rope.
It’s the best way I’ve found to get moving; so the blood surges hard through my veins;
It helps me forget all my problems, and erases my aches and my pains.

It brightens my outlook and emotions; it is surely a cure for most ills.
It helps with just any old problem and will fix all (except pay the bills).
In the morning, if I’m struggling to wake up, and the cobwebs are filling my head.
I just know if I start with my jump rope, I will feel bright and eager instead.

In the evening, if I’m feeling exhausted from a hard day and can’t seem to cope
I’ve found the best remedy for this is to pull out my two-pound jump rope.
It certainly gets my heart pumping, and it forces more blood to my brain.
I think that it helps with my memory and will keep me from going insane.

Even midday, if I start to feel drowsy and lose interest in what I have planned
‘Cause my attitude’s changed or I’m tired, and I’ve started to feel rather bland,
I just know if I’ll pull out my jump rope and jump for a minute or two,
I’ll feel better about doing my task list; it will stop me from feeling so blue.

Some people get high taking hard drugs (whoever does this is a dope).
The best way to “get high” and feel awesome is simply to use a jump rope.
This might seem a little too simple to cure all the heartaches of life,

I have been jumproping for maybe roughly 7-8 years. I have had different types of ropes. These ropes feel totally different in the best way possible. If you base all your workouts around jumprope, then get this jumprope. You will not regret it!!!
