If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality and performance of our products, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of when you receive your purchase. Product Use and Warranty Information
We know that purchasing a Crossrope is an important investment in yourself. We’re determined to meet or exceed your expectations every step of the way and we back that up with our warranty. We ask that you remember that a jump rope is a product you repeatedly strike against the ground and, therefore, wear and tear is normal and should be expected.

Our handles are covered by a 2-year warranty; if there is an issue with your handles, we will make it right.
Our ropes are not covered by warranty. That does not mean our ropes aren’t excellent quality and durable. It just means that all ropes wear out over time and you will eventually need to replace your ropes. Here are some factors that affect rope longevity:
Rope Longevity Factors
Volume of use outdoor use compared to indoor use: outdoor use is fine, but indoor use extends rope life
Frequency and duration of use: more use = faster wear
Temperature: prolonged use in very cold temperatures can reduce rope life
Rope thickness: heavier ropes have thicker plastic coating and last longer

What happens after you fill out your exchange form?
After you fill out the form, the following will happen:
We will e-mail you a shipping label to use to send your ropes back (you’ll be able to track the package)
Within 1-2 business days of receipt of your exchange, we will ship out your requested exchange size or product
Please note that it takes us 1-2 business days to process an exchange.
Important: free return shipping is only available to US customers due to the expense of international shipping. For international customers that wish to exchange a size or product, there may be additional fees.
Hassle-Free Returns (U.S. Only)
If you do need to make a return, we do want to say thank you for giving Crossrope a try. Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy Crossrope jumpers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience.
With that said, we know that sometimes our system is not the right fit and we don’t want to leave anyone feeling burned. That's why we offer hassle-free returns to US customers, which means:
You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment
You may return your Infinity Ropes within the first 30 days after your receipt.
If you would like to return your ropes, please follow these steps:
Complete and submit the Returns Form (link below). You will need access to your order information to complete the form.
You will be emailed a USPS return shipping label within 1 business day. Print your return shipping label and attach it to your original Crossrope box or any cardboard shipping box (smaller is better). Please make sure to remove any old shipping labels and seal your box completely.
Drop your box off at any authorized USPS shipping center. Once you ship your package to us, we'll take care of the rest.
Please note: it takes 1 to 4 business days for us to process returns and you can expect to see a credit back in your account within 3-5 business days.
To protect our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:
Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents
Products showing excessive wear and tear. If you’re unsure on whether you are going to keep the product, please test it on indoor surfaces only
Important: Please note that the free return shipping offer is only available to US customers due to the expense of international shipping. For international customers that wish to return a product, we can accommodate the return, but the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
