I use the crossrope s since 2017, and it's still by far the best the best Rope available.

The ¼ lb rope is my absolute favourite rope as you can do lots of freestyle moves and yet still get a great workout because of the increased weight. Also in cold weather it stays flexible and is much less likely to crack.
So the ropes are superb but after a minor issue with a couple of ropes I’ve discovered that Crossrope’s customer service is the best there is, period!
What a great company and combined with all the online YouTube videos from Dave and friends there is no better way of learning to skip. Thank you.

Very good quality handles and ropes although spinning them has taken awhile to get used to. It would be a huge plus if the 1/4 and 1/2 lb ropes were adjustable. Overall I am very pleased with the product and the educational support. Merry Christmas and further progress to all in the New Year!

Both ropes are great. During my workout, I regularly have people stopping and asking me where I bought the ropes. The only downside: I feel it is important to use a mat to avoid rapid wear.

I got the 1/4 lb. rope and slim handles and am happy with my purchases. At 5'6", I followed the size chart and got the size M, but it was too long - I had to hold my arms way out to my sides, which was uncomfortable. I then got the size S and it is good. The size chart recommends to size up if you're new or at the top end of a size range, but I'd recommend sizing down. I like the weight of this rope as I'm a runner - it is good for speed work when I can't get outside. I also like the smoothness of the rope rotating. Some ropes with metal connectors have a hitch as they rotate, but this does not; it is perfectly smooth. Returning the size M was an easy process. Be aware that they do not provide a pre-paid label, just an address label. This was fine by me, as their return policy states that they will deduct the return postage from the refund if they pre-pay - no deduction is needed when you pay the postage on your own. The refund was issued promptly. Good ropes and good service!

I already had the 5 oz. rope but it was too heavy for me. The 1/4 LB rope is perfect

I love these jump ropes. I use to use the ones with weighted handles but the weighted ropes are definitely the best way to go. These ropes are extremely durable, store easy, can take anywhere, and flexible. The quick attachment to the handles make switching out different ropes very easy. The prices are reasonable and these are a high quality rope. I recommend these to anyone.

- The recommended space needed for jumping rope is 10 ft front-to-back, 7 ft side-to-side, and a ceiling height that is roughly equal to your rope length.
So if you order size Small, you need at least 8 ft of ceiling height. If you order size Medium, you need at least 8’6” ft of ceiling height. If you order size Large, you need at least 9 ft of ceiling height. And if you order size XL, you need roughly 9’6” of ceiling height.
Please make sure your jumping space is clear and that you do not have anything on your ceiling that would obstruct your jumping (lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, etc.).

- Our ropes are designed with a proprietary coating for increased durability. However, a jump rope mat is recommended to prolong the lifetime of your jump ropes and will also protect the surface you're jumping on. Utilizing a mat also reduces stress on your joints.
