European Union

We now ship select products from our fulfillment center in Ireland.

Products with shipping option “DHL Road 2-3 Days” will ship from Ireland and reach the customer in the stated 2 to 3 business days.

Items shipped to the EU from Ireland will not be subject to any additional Customs and Duties charges beyond what’s paid at checkout

Additional Countries

If we do not have an authorized International Distributor in your area, we will happily ship directly to you from the US. However, it may take longer and, depending on your country's customs fees, tariffs or additional import duties, it may cost a bit more.

Shipping FAQs

My order is lost/stolen/damaged, how can I submit a claim?

We are only able to accept claims within 16 days from the date of delivery. If your order tracking shows the package as delivered, please contact the appropriate postal service provider prior to submitting a claim form.

How can I track my order?

If your order has shipped with FedEx International MailService and has arrived in the destination country, FedEx International MailService will provide you with a new tracking number for your local postal service. Please click here to track your package.
