    2. A 'Must have'

      If you want to get the most use out of your Crossrope, I highly recommend that guide. I use it for more comprehensive workouts and then use the Crossrope app for shorter, jump rope only workouts. Love it! on 12th Aug 2016

    3. Nice toolbox

      This guide is really helpful for guidance on using the crossrope. The workoouts go through a nice progression and it's most useful if you have all of the ropes so that you can do all of the workouts! on 8th Aug 2016

      especially since I have the Complete Set I like having an easy reference I can pull up on my phone for all these workouts. I've done about half so far and they are challenging but doable on 14th Aug 2015

      I've found the workouts to be useful . . just be aware that you can only do all 27 if you have the Complete Set and the extra ropes. Of course you can improvise and the workouts themselves are solid on 9th Aug 2015
