I bought the Get Lean set about 2 months ago, adding it to several ropes that I've picked since I started jumping in the summer. I barely use the others now. The 1/4 pound rope is especially a favorite: perfectly weighted to go slower when you need to practice a new move and faster when you want to get an all out workout. Throwing the 1/2 pound rope into the workout for an extra burn is a welcome addition, as I work up to using even heavier ropes. Can't wait to explore more of the different Crossrope products!
I hare running except when playing active soccer game.
Was trying to find something that can elevate my heart rate. So far this product does the job. Another plus is the app -> easy to follow instructions!
I am happy with the purchase. I have been considering them for some time. I would recommend them to everyone and especially those who need a low impact workout because you do not need to jump to use them.
Thanks to Meredith for sorting out the delivery of my ropeless crossrope. Surprisingly effective to workout with ; especially since it's winter now. No need to brave the cold outdoors, as I can use the ropeless in the corridor outside my apartment. Double Thumbs up ! shout out to JRD Dan - I'm doing the thing!
I’m new to jumping rope for fitness so I have no feelings for how these compare to other ropes/brands. The only other jump ropes I’ve used in my life are cheap string or plastic beaded ropes for my kids. This is night and day a different experience. Quality is great. The different weights all feel incredible. It makes it fun. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the pivot point between the handle and rope tends to squeak or squeal sometimes which is annoying. It’s metal on metal. Not sure if that is normal.
Recently the clasp on one of my Slim Handles broke. I reported this with a photo, and the people at Crossrope were incredibly swift and helpful in getting back to me. I received a replacement pair free of charge soon after. Their hassle-free service is one of the reasons I get all my jumping gear from Crossrope.
I love the spin jumper. It reminds me of playing when I was a kid so it makes the workout a lot of fun!
I spent hundreds of dollars over the years on different ropes.
The Crossrope has served me well for five years now and still lots of life in the rope.
I just upgraded to the AMP handles and now having fun tracking my workouts.
If you’re thinking about the cost, don’t, you’ll save in the long run and get an excellent quality skipping rope.
Newer to skipping was using a cheaper rope and my skipping got significantly better using a weighted 1/2 pound rope with more feed back, advanced my skills quickly,
It’s a beauty the nine ounce we love all our jump ropes starting from the half ounce all the way up to the five pounder
It was always hard finding the perfect length, for the first time in my life I was able to hit Kris crosses. Double unders much easier too.
I’ve been using cross rope for the past four years. As an athlete, average jump ropes tend to be too small for me to have an effective workout. Crossroad has just the right size to fit my height and the rope is durable. I’ve only purchased two sets of ropes over the course of two years and still have my original handles four years later.
I have bought many ropes and accessories from Crossrope. I still like their quality, but my recent experience with a delivery and customer service about that delivery left a lot to be desidre.
Thanks for the prompt service and warranty back up. The heavier ropes are a challenge even with the rope less models. You must consider improving the connection to the handle. Over time especially with the heavy ropes the connector wears out and replacement is the only answer. I now have a second back up set of Amp handles so that will help! Thanks again for the great service. Keep it up!
I couldn’t comment on the product, as I waited that long for it, I purchased an alternative that I got used to before I received my rope so I haven’t used it. My rating is for delivery.
I love my new weighted cordless ropes! They’re much harder, and I sweat so much! It makes my training so much more efficient. The quality is excellent, the grips are perfect, and it is a pleasure to jump with Crossope nearly daily. I will also purchase the lighter one for the "everyday jump."
The jump rope rotates effortlessly, is weighted just right, and does not tangle. The handles are beefy, comfortable, and have good aesthetic.
I acknowledge these are pricey items but I'll say for the size and portability and ease of use (anywhere), I think they are worth it if your income isn't stressed by it.
