Return and Exchange Policy

At Crossrope, we’re dedicated to your success on your fitness journey. That’s why we promise to make sure you have the right size and product for your fitness goals and ensure your investment with us is risk-free. We stand behind our jump rope products, and we are confident that they will perform as designed. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you may return or exchange them within 60 days of when you receive your purchase.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges for a product of greater or lesser value. If you would like to exchange a product for a greater or lesser value, you will need to request for a return and place an order for the desired product.

*Due to the current health crisis, return packages to our warehouse are held in quarantine for 3-4 days for the safety of our team. We appreciate your patience during this time and will provide an update as soon as your exchange/return has been processed. We apologize for the delays, and we greatly appreciate your patience during this time.

Also, due to the reasons mentioned above, we expect to process returns and exchanges from the EU within 7 days of receiving the returned package. Please read the European Union Exchange and Return Policy for more information.

Due to Limited Edition products, exchanges for LE items may not be available due to quantities and sizes left in stock. A returns specialist will reach out in these situations.
