Challenge FAQs
When does the challenge begin?
The challenge runs from February 7th to February 28th and you can jump in any day during that period. The earlier you start, the more workouts you'll be able to complete!
Can I invite a friend to join?
Of course! The more people we have participating in the 50K challenge, the greater the chances that we'll hit our goal together. Once you sign up, we'll show you some simple ways to invite your friends and family. You can also just send them right to this page. Thanks!
What kind of results can I expect from this challenge?
This challenge is all about helping you build healthy fitness habits for the rest of 2019. The best New Year Resolutions are, after all, the ones you can stick to. But this doesn't mean you won't see any results throughout this challenge. Our past participants have seen anywhere from 5 to 20+ lbs of weight loss and overall improvement in cardio and strength.
Do I need a jump rope to participate?
Yes, you will need a jump rope for this challenge. You can use any jump rope you have on hand. If you don't have one, we'll show you which one we recommend and even hook you up with a huge discount!
Do I need a gym membership?
Nope! All of the workouts in this challenge can be completed anywhere. No gym required.
