To our worldwide community,
It is an absolute shock that we are facing an unprecedented global threat due to the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic right now. My team and I are closely observing and considering the impact it has taken, not only our team and their families, but on our community and global Crossrope family. Our hearts go out to the countless individuals that are sick, scared, shutting down their businesses and livelihood, losing jobs, and trying to work through uncertainty to find a path forward. We trust and hope that global leaders and experts can come together with unity, determination, and the best of their abilities to overcome this pandemic and come out strong for this and future generations.
As we continue to navigate the escalating health crisis, I want to share an update on the steps we’re taking at Crossrope to ensure our team is safe and healthy. We are doing our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and support our communities through the uncertainty.
In full support of social distancing initiatives, we closed our Raleigh and Toronto offices early last week. We are fortunate to be able to continue offering excellent service to our customers and guests through our online store in order to support their fitness goals during a time they might need us most.
Our Customer Support teams are working remotely with purpose and energy in providing our community the information needed to stay healthy and connected. We’re real. We care. We’re here for you and you can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will continue to ship and deliver the Crossrope experience to all our customers' doorsteps, but are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our team and our community is met according to our Government's health advisories. We will monitor the situation closely, keep you constantly updated of any changes, and continue to focus on our mission to provide a positive jump rope experience with full transparency in everything we do.
In this uncertain time, we’re all in this together. We have and always will advocate for a healthy lifestyle and strongly believe that in a period of social distancing, keeping active and on the move is of critical importance for getting through this mentally, emotionally and physically.
Our goal at Crossrope is to continue to help our community of jumpers on their fitness journey, and as many new jumpers who would like to join, by delivering effective at-home workouts through our training app and online community. I am proud of our team for cultivating a safe and inclusive space for us and our community all to stay positive, even in the face of adversity.
