Today we've got a quick 10 minute jump rope workout for weight loss to share with you. It's built around three simple exercises that you can do anywhere.

Tools for this Workout

Here are the tools you're going to need for today's workout:

> Crossrope Get Fit Bundle - I'll be using the 1/2 LB rope

> A timer - use your smartphone or stopwatch

> Some space to jump - I'll be jumping outside on this beautiful day

Note - the Get Fit Bundle is not mandatory for this workout. If you have any other jump rope on hand, feel free to use it for this workout. A heavier rope will provide better results.

Jump Rope Weight Loss Workout

Today's 10-minute workout is a simple, progressive challenge that is built around two simple jump rope exercises and one bodyweight exercises.

You will need to set your timer to beep every 30 seconds and complete 5 rounds of the following series of jump rope exercises:

- basic jump for 30 seconds

- jumping jacks for 30 seconds

- alternate foot step jump for 30 seconds

- rest for 30 seconds

Try to pick up the pace as you go from round to round, as I did in the video below.
