Do you have those days when you just don’t feel like working out?
For some of you, maybe it’s even most days...
You are not alone. We all have them.
Some of these reasons may sound familiar...
- I'm tired
- I need to spend time with family/friends
- I never have time for my hobbies
- There isn’t enough time in a day
I certainly get it. Life happens, sucks up energy, and leaves me just wanting to relax for the afternoon instead of grinding out a workout in the gym.
Don’t get me wrong. It’s good to have recovery days. The question is are you able to achieve your personal fitness goals in the time you have?

Though I have a passion for fitness, I still face these mental hurdles from time to time:
- “I’ll get back into it next week.”
- “It’s been 2 weeks since I last did a workout. What’s another week.”
- “I already ate 5 cookies. My day is screwed anyway.”
Now, to my point.
Spending time and enjoying activities with family and friends is incredibly important. Time is a valuable commodity and it can be tough to prioritize and avoid neglecting your health.
That’s why I want to offer up a time efficient way that will help you get into better shape while still allowing you to take care of your ever growing list of things to do.
- In my house
- In the garage
- On the deck, patio or driveway
- At the park
- In the gym
These full body workouts (focusing around the jump rope) are fun, easy to perform and time efficient.
